Report by NNJN highlights benefits of reducing number of youth held in secure facilities

The National Juvenile Justice Network recently released its report, Bringing Youth Home: A National Movement to Increase Public Safety, Rehabilitate Youth and Save Money, which highlights the increased public safety and reduction in spending for states that have worked to wisely downsize their secure juvenile facilities.
